Refund policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can choose a refund or exchange if the item:

  • is damaged or faulty;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the description;
  • doesn't do what we said it would and cannot easily be fixed.

To arrange a return, you can contact us at sales@hollyhockhill.com.au, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase with the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

We will accept valid returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
