Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If for any reason there is a delay in despatching your order, we will notify you by email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Shipping times indicated at checkout are separate to the order processing time.
Indicated shipping times may be subject to delays caused by postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Local Delivery
For orders of $50 or more, free local delivery is available for customers who live within 20km of the Ballarat Town Hall.
For orders under $50, a delivery charge of $4.95 will apply.
Domestic Shipping - VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders will incur a flat-rate shipping charge of $14.95, except for the following:
Seeds only: $6.95 tracked shipping.
Live plants and dahlia tubers (sent via Express Post): $22.95 flat rate.
Domestic Shipping - TAS, WA, NT
Due to quarantine regulations for plants and seeds, we do not ship to Tasmania, Western Australia, or Northern Territory. For shipping other products to these regions, please email us at sales@hollyhockhill.com.au and we will temporarily enable shipping to your location for a flat-rate shipping charge of $14.95.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Orders for seeds only are not tracked by Australia Post.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@hollyhockhill.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@hollyhockhill.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. For more information on refunds and returns, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
