Also known as alpine rock cress. Masses of small, pure white, fragrant flowers on a dense carpet of grey-green foliage up to 10cm high. Suitable for garden beds, edging, rock crevices and containers. Drought and wind tolerant. RHS Award of Garden Merit. Hardy perennial. Prefers full sun and light, well-drained soil. Sow in early autumn on surface of vermiculite in seed trays. Seeds require light for germination.
