Classic Italian heirloom variety with larger leaves and sweeter flavour than regular Genovese basil. Great for pesto. Excellent companion plant for tomatoes. Grows up to a height of 45 cm. Frost tender annual. Full sun to part shade in a sheltered position in moist well-drained soil. Sow direct or raise seedlings in late Spring-Summer after the last frost. Sowing depth: 4mm
