Highly productive, compact variety growing up to 60cm high with unique, speckled red and cream pods and seeds. Borlotti beans are also known as French horticultural beans or Cranberry Beans. Pods can be harvested when young and green, or left to mature and harvested when pods begin to dry. Open pollinated. Disease resistant, frost tender annual. Sow direct from Spring through to Summer when soil temperature has warmed or sow in punnets and plant out after last frost. Prefers full sun, and well-drained soil. Sowing depth: 20mm.
