Fast growing, prolific variety bearing small, squarish, glossy red-orange aubergines. Height up to 80cm. Frost tender perennial, grown as an annual in cool climates. May also be grown in pots or containers. Open pollinated. Grow in full sun in a sheltered position, in rich, well-drained soil and feed regularly with a liquid fertiliser. Sow in seed trays in Spring and plant out after last frost. Sowing depth 5mm.
