Origanum hirtum 300 seeds.
Heirloom culinary herb native to Greece, with aromatic, oval-shaped, grey-green leaves, considered the strongest tasting oregano cultivar. Herbaceous perennial with a bushy, spreading growth habit. Height up to 60cm. Sow seeds on the surface of seed raising mix in seed trays in Spring and keep moist until germination. Prefers full sun and moist, free-draining soil. Harvest just before flowering for the strongest flavour.
