Culinary heirloom herb native to India, with aromatic, oval green leaves that have a spicy, clove-like taste. Also known as Rama Tulsi. Height up to 60cm. Half-hardy annual. Grow in full sun in moist, well-drained soil. Compact growth habit, ideal for pots and containers. Sow direct or in seed trays in Spring and early Summer. Sowing depth: 2mm. Seeds require light for germination.
