Rich burgundy and merlot shades of single and semi-double flouncy, silken blooms, with delicate silver veining. Height up to 45cm. Drought tolerant and hardy annual. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. Open pollinated. Sow direct or in seed trays in Autumn through to early Winter, and early Spring in cooler climates, by pressing seeds onto the surface of the soil. Keep moist until seeds germinate. Avoid root disturbance when transplanting. Seeds require light to germinate. Full sun and well-drained soil.
