Beefsteak-type tomato with large, dark mahogany-red ribbed fruit on sturdy plants with a compact, bushy growth habit. Rich, balanced flavour and thick texture excellent for slicing. Also good for growing in pots and containers. Dwarf indeterminate variety, requiring some staking. Open pollinated seeds made available under the Open Source Seed Initiative (OSSI). Grow in full sun in moist, well-drained soil and feed regularly with a liquid fertiliser.Sow in seed trays in Spring and plant out after last frost. Sowing depth 6mm.
