Cheiranthus cheiri 100 Seeds
An old-fashioned cottage garden favourite with delightfully fragrant, vibrant burnt-orange and red flowers from Spring through to Summer. Traditionally found growing between the mortar and bricks in walls and along fences, but also beautiful when planted together with tulips, or in beds and rockeries. Particularly lovely as cut flowers as the indoor warmth magnifies the clove-scent of the flowers. Height up to 45cm. Open pollinated. Evergreen hardy perennial usually grown as a biennial. Full sun to part shade, and moist, well-drained soil. Sow direct or in seed trays from January to March. Sowing depth: 4mm
