Heirloom variety from Austria with soft leaves covered in distinctive, striking red splashes of colour. Romaine type lettuce with upright growth habit. Heat resistant, fast-growing and slow to bolt. Grows up to 30cm in height or can be harvested earlier for baby leaves. Grow from Spring to Summer in temperate climates, and all year round in the subtropics. Full sun or part shade. Sowing depth: 4mm
