Rare Australian heirloom with pale, tan coloured ribbed skin and dense, deep orange flesh. Produces fruits up to 7kg. An excellent variety for baking. Stores well. Harvest when stem is brown and skin has fully coloured. Harvest with stems approximately 6cm long. Sow direct or in seed trays in a sunny position from spring to early summer. Sowing depth: 15mm.
